Friday 13th October saw many inspirational women and their supporters head to the Women Leaders Awards 2017 to recognise the outstanding and talented women in Milton Keynes, and celebrate their achievements.
We are proud to say that our Co-Founder and Managing Director at dandi® patch, Theresa Pope, was a finalist for the Women Entrepreneur category. The night was truly fantastic; the room was decorated in exquisite style, the nominees were all inspirational and every attendee looked amazing.
When you make such an effort for a black-tie evening event like this, it is so nice when you receive a compliment about your outfit, and as our product is all about being able to wear what you want with confidence, we thought it would be a lovely idea to highlight some of the outfits we thought really stood out...
Here is Rebecca Peck from the Milton Keynes Council looking beautiful in her bespoke made yellow dress, she was also the winner of the Customer Service Award, congratulations Rebecca!
We loved the autumnal feel of this pretty dress worn by Aimee Vivian who was at the event as a guest supporting her friend.
This elegant floating dress caught our eye from the very beginning of the night, it is worn by Amanda Devlin who was one of the category judges and is also a journalist for The Sun.
Here is Kate Dungate from the OU Student Association wearing a fashionable deep green and pink dress which looked lovely.
This lace evening dress worn by Jenny Marklew who was supporting her friend looked amazing, and the colour was just gorgeous.
It wasn't all about dresses, Yuli Gonzalez who was supporting her colleague, pulled off this stunning red and black jumpsuit.
And of course, everyone from dandi® patch looked dazzling!
Well done to all of the finalists who got this far, that is a great achievement in itself, and a huge congratulations to all of the inspiring winners.
